    • One of our longest standing architectural partners, OBMI has design a wide variety of villas at Oil Nut Bay including Hummingbird, Poseidon’s Perch, Compass Rose, and Utopia to name a few. OMBI designed each of these stunning villas to tell the story of the island.

    • Montgomery & Townsend Architecture designed the striking Constellations and Xela Villas, the Marina Ridge Neighborhood villas as well as several villas that are currently under construction.
