Reservations – Assistant Manager

Job Overview

The Reservations Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in the management and coordination of the reservations team and supports the reservations manager in overseeing the reservations department, ensuring efficient booking processes and providing excellent customer service to guests. This hands-on role involves reservations processing, supervising staff, handling inquiries and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements

Candidate should possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities and should be detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Candidate must have previous experience in reservations or front desk management, proficiency in reservation software (SynXis), Opera/Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Real Estate Manager

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in luxury real estate or a related field, knowledge  sales processes, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Candidates must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential.

Restaurant Manager

Job Overview

The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of the resort’s dining establishments, ensuring smooth service, exceptional guest experiences, and high-quality food and beverage offerings. They are responsible for managing staff, training, maintaining inventory/stock, and upholding health and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver consistent, outstanding service in a luxury resort environment.

Requirements

Candidate must have proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in a luxury resort, fine-dining restaurant, or hospitality setting. Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory control, budgeting, and staff scheduling. Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving abilities, high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction, and the ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly are a must. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field (preferred). Must have a certification in food safety/safe serve.

Restaurant Generalist- Server

Candidate should have proven experience as a server or in a similar role in a luxury resort, restaurant, or hospitality setting. Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong knowledge of food, beverages, and dining etiquette, and the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Candidate should possess the ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays, be flexible to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays and must have a Food handler’s certificate.

Restaurant Generalist – Bartender

Job Overview

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages to our guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. This role involves taking orders, mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, handling transactions and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The Bartender ensures customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must have proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role, a positive attitude and ability to work well in a team, basic math skills and be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Culinary Generalist – Chef de Partie

Candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, must exert high attention to detail and maintain a 5-star service mentality, be a hands on person who can identify problems and implement solutions personally and have the ability to deal with ambiguity and a regularly changing work environment. Candidate must have a college degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a construction background, estate management and/or luxury resort, must be computer proficient with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and have proven experience in using property management systems/software.

Guest Services – Driver (Multiple)

Job Overview

Will be responsible for providing a seamless experience for our guests with your friendly demeanor and reliable transportation. Will also be responsible for transporting and delivering luggage/cargo upon arrival/departure.

Requirements

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift luggage up to 50lbs and be flexible to accommodate a schedule requiring varying shifts including holidays and weekends.

Senior Marketing Manager

Job Overview

Candidates should be a team player with extensive knowledge in marketing homesites, homes, marina berths, resort outlets and amenities. Candidate will also be generally responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy and overseeing all marketing duties.

Requirements

Candidates should possess strong problem-solving, communication, computer skills, be highly motivated with an outgoing personality and possess a strong desire for learning and development of others. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing luxury brands.

Housekeeper

This role involves cleaning and tidying rooms, replenishing supplies and providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Laundry Attendant
