Job Overview
The Reservations Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in the management and coordination of the reservations team and supports the reservations manager in overseeing the reservations department, ensuring efficient booking processes and providing excellent customer service to guests. This hands-on role involves reservations processing, supervising staff, handling inquiries and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements
Candidate should possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities and should be detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Candidate must have previous experience in reservations or front desk management, proficiency in reservation software (SynXis), Opera/Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
